Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges


The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first.

Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want instead.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund
